USPS ships the same day 6 days/week. UPS ships within 24HRS M-F
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
If we make a mistake we will cover the return shipping. If you change your mind you will need to pay the return shipping.
New unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for refund. A restocking fee to cover the cost of shipping, credit card fees, and handling may apply.
If you need to return an item, simply drop us a note at email@example.com and let us know what's up.
If the package has been opened, the warranty is handled by the manufacturer.
We will help you work with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Lost Package Claims
We know late packages suck.
Before we can file a claim for a lost package, we have to wait for the USPS system
USPS Express Mail - 10 business days from the day the order was shipped
USPS Priority Mail - 14 business days from the day the order was shipped
USPS First Class Mail - 21 business days from the day the order was shipped
If your package was not delivered within these times contact us at email@example.com
Please allow us 2 business days to contact the shipping carrier regarding your missing package.
Please do not open a PayPal claim against the order, as this will further delay the process.
